Terms of Use
These terms apply to Rupee: Expense Manager, its website and optional cloud services. By using Rupee you agree to these terms.
Personal-finance tool
Rupee helps you record, organize and review personal-finance information. It is not a bank, lender, investment adviser, tax adviser, accounting firm or payment service. Reports, OCR results, reminders and calculations may contain errors; review them before acting.
Your account and data
You are responsible for information you enter and for keeping your device, email account and credentials secure. Use only financial information and shared wallets that you are authorized to access.
Plans and purchases
Available features depend on your plan. Purchases made in the iOS app are processed by Apple and are subject to the price, tax and renewal information shown in the App Store purchase sheet. You can manage or cancel an auto-renewable subscription in your Apple account settings. Restore Purchases is available for eligible purchases.
Cloud and backups
Local features remain separate from Rupee Cloud. Internet access is required for login, multi-device synchronization, cloud backup and Wallet Share. We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, device failure, network failure and third-party outages can cause delay or interruption. Keep an export of records you cannot replace.
Acceptable use
Do not bypass access controls, probe or disrupt the service, upload malicious content, access another person’s data without permission, or use Rupee for unlawful activity.
Account suspension and deletion
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention or legal compliance. You may request account deletion from inside the app. Deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; manage that subscription separately through Apple.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, Rupee is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
