Delete your account
Rupee keeps the local database on your device separate from your optional cloud account. Deleting your cloud account removes server-held account data but does not silently erase the offline records stored on your iPhone.
Delete inside Rupee
- Open Rupee and sign in to the cloud account you want to delete.
- Open More → Privacy & Legal → Delete Account.
- Read the warning, type the requested confirmation and submit.
- Wait for Rupee to confirm that server deletion succeeded.
What is removed
The authenticated cloud profile, sync records, owned cloud workspaces, eligible uploaded receipts and related server data are removed. Rotating encrypted backups and legally required security or billing records may remain for a limited retention period.
Before deleting
- Export or back up information you want to retain.
- Resolve or transfer any shared wallet ownership.
- Open each device and finish any pending sync.
Subscriptions
Deleting a Rupee account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it separately in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions.

If you cannot access the in-app deletion control, email support@rupeeexpense.com from the address registered to your Rupee cloud account. Never include your password or OTP.
